DescriptionSenior Marketing ManagerCalifornia Design Den is an
award-winning, fast-growing D2C brand in the natural bedding space,
with recognition from Good Housekeeping, Architectural Digest, and
other top publications. Our mission is to become the most loved
natural bedding brand in the U.S. - and we're looking for a
seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to help lead the way.This role is
a key strategic position, working directly with the founder and
core team to define and implement marketing strategies that build
brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster brand
loyalty across our own D2C website and major marketplace
channels.What You'll Do:--- Lead Brand and Performance Marketing:
Shape and execute an integrated marketing strategy that combines
branding and performance marketing across digital, social, email,
and influencer channels.--- Develop and Manage Demand Generation
Campaigns: Drive D2C growth and customer acquisition through paid
advertising, paid social, and SEM, ensuring strategies are
data-driven and ROI-focused.--- Customer Retention & Loyalty
Programs: Design and optimize retention initiatives to increase
repeat purchases, enhance customer lifetime value, and build brand
loyalty.--- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage relationships
with external agencies for performance marketing (including paid
digital) and work closely with internal teams to ensure brand
consistency and alignment across channels.--- Data-Driven Insights:
Analyze campaign and customer data to inform strategic decisions,
continuously optimizing marketing tactics to maximize performance
and meet growth targets.What You Bring:--- 5-7 years of marketing
experience, with 3+ years in direct-to-consumer brands, preferably
in a leadership or managerial capacity.--- Strong experience in
performance marketing: Deep knowledge of demand generation and
digital campaigns with hands-on experience or close work with paid
media and paid social.--- Proven expertise in branding and campaign
strategy: Demonstrated success in brand-building and executing
cohesive brand messaging across multiple channels.--- Analytical
mindset with a track record of using data to drive decision-making
and optimize campaign performance.--- Entrepreneurial spirit and a
collaborative approach, with the confidence to own initiatives from
start to finish.--- Leadership skills to work closely with the
founder and cross-functional teams, driving both strategy and
