Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to join our ER team at San Ramon Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating high-quality patient care in our ER department.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses to provide exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Monitor and evaluate patient care to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement education programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledgeRequirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Current California RN license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Provider
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Current PALS or ENPC Certification
