This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure the efficient production, assembly, and quality control of our plastic products. The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team. We have a 1st,2nd, and 3rd shift AVAILABLE. APPLY NOW.     • Operate machinery and equipment involved in the production of plastic bins and related products.
    • Assemble plastic components into finished products, following specific production guidelines and quality standards.
    • Monitor the production process to ensure consistent quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
    • Inspect and check finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet quality control standards.
    • Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
    • Follow production schedules and deadlines to meet customer demands and production targets.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure smooth production flow.The essential functions of this role include:
